Each dip recipe uses just 5 ingredients, and some ingredients are used in all three recipes. You barely need to measure, and you can easily adjust the quantities to suit your preference. For example, if you like more bite, add a bit more dijon mustard. Like it sweet? Add more honey. You get the idea.
Have fun building a platter with fresh vegetables, fruits, crackers, pretzels, tortilla chips, or anything else you can find in your fridge or pantry. It’s a healthier way to snack that still leaves plenty of room for dinner.

Here’s what you’ll need for the creamy parmesan dip:
Plain yogurt – use a thick, creamy Greek-style yogurt. Parmesan cheese – for its delicious bold cheesy flavor. A few feta crumbles also taste great. Dijon mustard – has a tangy tart taste that compliments the other flavors beautifully. Lemon juice – for a pop of bright citrus flavor. Garlic Salt + pepper
Mayonnaise – we use a regular mayonnaise for that full flavor experience but you can use light, or swap it for Greek yogurt if you prefer. Honey – any runny honey variety will do. Dijon mustard – we use dijon for its bold tangy taste with a bit of heat. You can use yellow prepared mustard if you prefer but it will change the taste. Garlic Salt
Kale – we use kale but you can use spinach or any greens you have on hand like swiss chard or arugula. Cilantro – parsley also tastes great in place of cilantro. Avocado – make sure your avocado is nice and ripe for maximum creaminess. Garlic Dijon mustard Lemon juice – you can adjust the taste by adding more or less lemon, depending on your taste preference. You can also use other citrus juices like lime juice or orange juice.
Pretzels, pretzel sticks, or soft pretzels Root veggie chips Ruffled potato chips or tortilla chips Warm pita bread or pita chips Crackers or seed crackers Raw veggies like carrots (or rainbow carrots), cucumbers, snow peas, snap peas, bell peppers, broccoli, cherry tomatoes, radishes, or celery sticks to name a few. Roasted veggies like sweet potato rounds, cauliflower or broccoli florets, carrots, asparagus spears, or even brussels sprouts.
A dip platter is the perfect thing to serve at Christmas, Thanksgiving, a super bowl party, or any special occasion. For the creamy parmesan dip, spoon it over your favorite roasted vegetables like sauteed asparagus or roasted broccoli. Toss it with chopped romaine lettuce for a caesar-like dressing, or even pour it over noodles for a pasta side dish. For the honey mustard dip, try pouring it over salmon before you bake it in the oven, or use it as a dip for chicken fingers. Even slather it inside a ham and cheese sandwich. For the green goddess dip, spread it on a sandwich piled high with turkey and veggies, use it on your tacos instead of guacamole, or serve it with baked salmon. Serve it in a grain bowl with rice or quinoa and roasted veggies for a wholesome complete meal.
