This recipe is all about the taco sauce. It’s a creamy little number with oodles of flavor from lime juice, cilantro, some green onion, and (secret ingredient!) pickled jalapeños. It does double duty as both the coleslaw dressing and taco sauce drizzle. We often keep these tacos simple with just the seared shrimp, sauce, and coleslaw, but you can get wild with the toppings. Guacamole, pico de gallo, cheese, black beans, and pickled onions all taste great with these tacos.
