We serve it over rice with wasabi mayo (or regular mayo for the young one) and all our favorite toppings. These bowls are super easy to customize. You could even use chicken or tofu instead of the salmon. We like setting all the toppings on the table and letting everyone help themselves to create their dream dinner. When you make this recipe, you can be as wild or laidback as you want with the toppings.
