Prepare the perfect breakfast in bed with our smoked salmon eggs benedict or a slice of strawberry banana bread and simple homemade coconut yogurt. It’s beautiful and surprisingly easy to make. The extra step that this strawberry mimosa recipe requires is well worth the effort, and the blender does all the work. Feel free to customize the sweetness by adding more honey, or omitting it for a drier drink. Cheers!
Strawberries – fresh juicy strawberries with green tops removed. Orange juice – use store-bought or freshly squeezed orange juice to give the mimosa a lighter taste. Honey – optional, to sweeten things up. If you prefer a drier cocktail, leave it out. Sparkling wine – a dry sparkling wine works best and we usually go for cava or prosecco.
