We start by making a basic sugar cookie dough. Then we divide it into six portions and dye them the colors of the rainbow. By sticking a little bit of each color together we make these pretty rainbow Pride cookies. The month of June is when Pride month is usually celebrated. But you can celebrate love and diversity all year round with these rainbow cookies. Happy Pride! 🏳️🌈 In 2018, artist Daniel Quasar created the Progress Pride flag which includes the well-known six colors and adds black and brown stripes LGBTIQ+ people of color and blue, pink, and white strips from the trans flag. If you’d like these Pride cookies to be all-inclusive, add all 11 colors to the mix!
All-purpose flour Baking powder Sea salt Butter – make sure to let it soften to room temperature. Brown sugar – for the proper measurement, pack it into the measuring cup. Granulated sugar Vanilla extract Egg Red, orange, yellow, green, blue, and purple food coloring
