Give your salad a different citrus twist with our easy and versatile orange salad dressing.   Three reasons I’m loving this orange sesame dressing:   This orange sesame dressing works well with all sorts of Asian-inspired salads from crunchy slaws, to leafy greens, and even noodle salads. Even if you’re short on time, grab a bagged cabbage mix from the grocery store. Ditch the dressing that comes with it, and shake up this fresh one up instead. Your body will benefit from the clean ingredients, and your taste buds will thank you, too.   It lasts for up to 10 days so I’ve used the leftovers as a dip for veggies or fresh spring rolls, as a marinade for fish or chicken, and even drizzled over a grain bowls.   I like to sprinkle in some white or black sesame seeds for a bit of texture and visual appeal!

Mandarin orange: you need about a ¼ cup of fresh mandarin juice, so depending on the size of you oranges, you may need a couple. Tahini: tahini is made from ground up sesame seeds, and has a mild, nutty flavor.  It gives this dressing its creamy texture! Avocado oil: we use avocado oil, but other lightly flavored oils works, too.

Other ingredients you’ll need are toasted sesame oil, rice wine vinegar, honey, soy sauce, garlic, and ginger.
