Enjoy this easy naan pizza recipe with a crunchy side salad like our roasted brussels sprouts caesar salad, kale apple salad, or simple spring mix salad. Spread on a generous amount of your favorite pizza sauce or try our homemade sweet and spicy pizza sauce or everyday easy pesto. We use a mix of pizza pepperoni, red onion, and red pepper for toppings, but you can use anything you have on hand, or that your heart desires. While we love our homemade pizza dough recipe, sometimes we just don’t have the time for it and this naan pizza is the perfect quick kitchen hack. Pro tip: We like to freeze some for quick dinners on busy weeknights. It’s quicker than ordering takeout and healthier, too!
Naan bread – this will be the delicious base for the pizza that’s chewy inside with a crunchy exterior. Pizza sauce – use your favorite or try our sweet and spicy tomato sauce or everyday easy pesto. Parmesan + mozzarella – we use a blend of these two kinds of cheese for an extra bold cheesy flavor. Pizza pepperoni – this variety of spicy salami is made from cured pork and beef. It’s so good! Veggies – we used red onion and red pepper for their sweet taste and a bit of texture. Arugula – to serve and add a pop of green (optional, but fresh and tasty).

Tip: Because these pizzas cook so quickly, we don’t recommend using raw vegetables because they won’t have enough time in the oven to soften. Either pre-cook them in a pan or roast them in the oven. They’re great for kids and parties, too! Slice them into smaller pieces and serve them as finger food for casual impromptu gatherings, movie nights, or game nights.
