These lemon pepper croutons are the perfect addition to our spring mix salad and asparagus soup. These little lemon pepper croutons are perfectly crunchy and full of bright flavors. They’re a tasty addition to green salads, caesar salads, and blended vegetable soups. We sometimes just like to snack on them, too! We use our homemade lemon pepper seasoning, but you can use your own blend. Our blend has garlic and salt but if the blend you are using does not, add the salt and garlic listed in this recipe. If your lemon pepper seasoning has both then omit them.

  We also love them tossed in a salad like our asparagus salad with balsamic glaze, a caesar salad (with our easy caesar dressing!), or anytime your salad could use a bit of extra crunch!
