These shrimp skewers are completely, totally, 100% delicious. These guys go for a double dip. First as a marinade then once more before you take a bite. Oh, ya! This recipe is ridiculously quick and easy. Which means you’ll have more time for important things, like sitting on your patio and drinking a glass of wine. Gluten-free and lower in carbs but high in summer vibes and delicious flavor. Perfect for Canada Day, Fourth of July, and all your other fun summer parties!

The best shrimp skewer marinade

Shrimp skewers are only as good as the marinade, and this is the best one I’ve found. Want to know how I make it? I thought you might! First, pick up a container of Roasted Red Pepper Dip. It’s creamy and flavorful and all things delicious. In fact, you should probably pick up 2 containers. They disappear fast. Trust me. Second, spoon some of the dip onto the shrimp and add a little salt, pepper, paprika, and oil. That’s it! Mix everything together and set the shrimp aside to marinate while you chop up the veggies for the skewers.

These shrimp kebabs make the perfect light summer dinner. They really don’t need anything else to complete the meal. Pour yourself a glass of chilled white wine, grab the nearest deck chair, and soak up the last of the day’s sunshine.
