Grilling tip: we recommend using two skewers to grill them because otherwise, they’re tricky to flip. Flat skewers would also work if they’re available to you. If your peppers are large enough that they won’t fall through the spaces on your gill, you can skip skewering the peppers altogether.
Mini peppers – you can usually find these in bags at the grocery store. Olive oil – for coating the peppers. Sea salt – is a flavor enhancer here.
