Best Tomato-Free Sauces for Pasta

I say pasta but truly all of these sauces will be delicious for pizzas (you must try this easy protein pizza!), sandwiches, proteins (like chicken, beef, salmon, tofu), or roasted vegetables. You can also enjoy as a salad dressing by mixing with some olive oil and vinegar or as a dip for veggies and other fun dippers. Broccoli Pesto Pasta

This sauce was developed during the time when my son absolutely refused to eat broccoli. I combined it with some spinach, beans, fresh herbs, and cheese, and he couldn’t eat it fast enough!
